The place had excellent staff at the receptionist. Loved having climate control, a microwave, and a fridge in the room. the venue was in a very central location, just a short walk to the attractions in Beppu. Found reasonable prices at the hotel.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with a futon added. The location was great, for example, a Beppu tower was within walking distance of the hotel. Set in 15 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were very good and courteous.

The rooms at Guest House Rojiura are really cozy and comfortable. I loved the air-conditioning, it kept us cool during the hot weather. The free WiFi was great for staying connected with my family back home. The shared bathroom was clean and convenient. it was a pleasant stay for us as a family.

I personally didn't like that the bathrooms only had showers. But hey, that's just my preference.

Guest House Rojiura in Beppu is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The location is unbeatable, with Beppu train station only a few minutes walk away. The guest house is brand new and kept impeccably clean. The well-stocked kitchen, free coffee machine, and free bike hire add great value to the stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a vast collection of manga for those interested. a top-notch experience.

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with a charming traditional Japanese style that made me feel at home. The general areas, such as the spacious common area and the terrace, were easily accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated the attention to detail in making sure the hotel was senior-friendly.

I would ask for better assistance from the children working there in catering to the needs of senior guests.
